DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2023, Tuesday, the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of the Aggaw na Naturales Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
