DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PAGADIAN CITY

WHEREAS , the City of Pagadian celebrates its annual fiesta on Monday, January 21, 2008 dubbed as the "Pasasalamat Festival 2008" ;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 21, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Pagadian City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
