DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS , Wednesday, February 12, 2003, marks the 5th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO , do hereby declare Wednesday, February 12, 2003 as a special day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
