RECONSTITUTING THE BAGONG KILUSANG KABUHAYAN AT KAUNLARAN (BKKK) COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, NOW KNOWN AS THE NATIONAL LIVELIHOOD SUPPORT FUND (NSLF) COUNCIL

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. The Bagong Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran (BKKK) Committee in the Office of the President, now known as the National Livelihood Support Fund (NSLF) Council, is hereby reconstituted as follows:

The Secretary of the Presidential Management Staff - Chairman

The Presidential Spokesman and Chief Legal Counsel - Vice Chairman

The Presidential Assistant for Legal and Judicial Affairs - Member

The Deputy Executive Secretary - Member

The Assistant Executive Secretary for Budget and Corporate Affairs - Member

SEC. 2. Executive Order No. 314 dated December 17, 1987 is hereby amended accordingly.

SEC. 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
