DECLARING MONDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS , on 29 September 2025, Monday, the City of Iligan will mark the celebration of the Diyandi Festival; WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iligan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR. , do hereby declare Monday, 29 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iligan, Province of Lanao del Norte.
