LTO OFFICE CODE FOR E-PATROL

In the interest of public service, and in line with the LTO’s effort in bringing the services closer to the public, the LTO E-Patrols are hereby assigned in the following

LTO Regional Offices and shall use the corresponding agency code and license code numbers for registration and license transactions respectively:

It is understood that the E-Patrol assigned in their respective regions shall be under the administrative supervision and control of the LTO Regional Offices concerned. The LTO E-Patrols shall be authorized to accept and process the following LTO transactions:

Issuance of Student Permit;

Renewal of Driver’s License

Renewal of Registration of Motor Vehicle (Plain);

Encoding of alarms and apprehensions (Online mode); and

Settlement of alarms and apprehension (Based on guidelines set by the “Settle Anywhere Project”)

It is understood that the personnel who shall be reassigned thereat are advised to strictly adhere to the existing motor vehicle registration, licensing and enforcement policies, rules and regulations and to discharge their duties in accordance with the highest standards of public service.

This order shall take effect after office security and operational control has been fully established.

LTO Regional Office concerned is also advised to secure exemption from the election ban in the assignment of their personnel.
