DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the celebration of the Barako Festival 2017 on Friday, 20 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
