DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS , Friday, February 17, 2004, marks the 65th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of General Santos and Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, February 27, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
