LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF DECS CONSTRUCTION

Upon petition of Mr. Rodolfo A. delos Santos, President/Manager of DES Construction that he has already served more than one (1) year suspension, the suspension/blacklisting imposed on DES Construction under Department Order No. 127, dated May 20, 1991, is hereby lifted effective immediately.
