PROCLAMATION NO. 505 DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, RIZAL

WHEREAS, Monday, December 1, 2003, celebrates the Municipality’s "Araw ng Cainta"; and

WHEREAS, its is proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIAMACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 1, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
