DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYUGAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2023, Wednesday, the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur will mark the celebration of its 16 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayugan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
