ONLINE PROCESSING OF LICENSE TRANSACTIONS

In line with the objective of the LTO-IT project to continuously build up a complete driver’s license database, all District Offices/Licensing Centers and Extension Offices are hereby directed to process license transactions through the LTO-IT System Online mode only.

If the network link is down or there is a severe system slowdown, no transactions shall be processed either manually or utilizing the offline facility. Processing shall be held in abeyance until such time that the network failure or system slowdown is corrected. Once corrected, processing shall continue.

Violation of this Order shall be a ground for disciplinary action and/or dismissal from the service.

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
