DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 04 August 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
