DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 10 August 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon will commemorate the birth of Lorenzo M. Tañada, Sr.;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and honor the memory of Senator Lorenzo M. Tañada, Sr.;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 10 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
