DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 21 September 2016, marks the 445 th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
