DERATTING CERTIFICATE AND DERATTING EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

Listed below are Philippine ports designated for the Issue of Deratting Certificates and Deratting Exemption Certificates:

MANILA

a. Deratting Certificates (Fumigation with cyanide and sulphur)

b. Deratting Exemption Certificates

CEBU; ILOILO; ZAMBOANGA

a. Deratting Certificates (Fumigation with sulphur only)

b. Deratting Exemption Certificates

CAGAYAN DE ORO; DAVAO; ILOILO; SAN FERNANDO; TABACO

Deratting Exemption Certificates only

By special arrangement with this Office, fumigation with cyanide or sulphur may be performed at any other Philippine port.
