REITERATION OF M.C. 9-2-87 SERIES OF 1987

For proper implementation of Circular No. 9-2-87 dated September 18, 1987 which provides that television materials for review must be submitted within 48 hours prior viewing time. The 48 hours before viewing time does not include Saturdays and Sundays and officially declared holidays.
