CHANGE OF NAME OF PRODUCERS BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES TO FIRST PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL BANK

This is to inform all concerned of the change of name, effective October 8, 1993, of Producers Bank of the Philippines to First Philippine International Bank as approved by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on September 27, 1993 and the registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 30, 1993.
