DECLARING THURSDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Thursday, 1 September 2016, marks the 102 nd Foundation Day of the Province of Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
