AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME WITHIN WHICH THE APPROPRIATIONS MADE IN SECTION ONE, PARAGRAPHS (EE-1) AND (EE-4) OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-EIGHT MAY BE EXPENDED

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Any and all unexpended balances of the appropriation of two hundred seventy thousand pesos made in section one, paragraph (ee-1), of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and fifty-eight for a building for the practical instruction of teachers in the practice of their profession, and of the appropriation of two hundred twenty-five thou­sand pesos made in section one, paragraph (ee-4), of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and fifty-eight for the construction of additional lighthouses are hereby made available for expenditure up to July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
