SANGGUNIANG PANGLUNGSOD

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING APPENDIX IV (NO PARKING STREETS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1 SERIES OF 2004, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 2004 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT CODE OF PASIG TO INCLUDE ACACIA ST. INSIDE OCTAGON SUBDIVISION (BOTH SIDES) AND OCTAGON AVENUE (ONE SIDE ONLY FROM AMANG RODRIGUEZ TO F. MARIANO AVE.) BOTH IN BRGY. DELA PAZ, PASIG CITY.

WHEREAS, Barangay Dela Paz passed Ordinance No. 006 and 007 Series of 2014 entitled "An Ordinance Strictly Implementing A No Parking Zone at One Side (Caltex Side) of Octagon Avenue, Barangay Dela Paz, Pasig City" and "An Ordinance Prohibiting All Vehicles to Park at Acacia St., Octagon Subdivision, Barangay Dela Paz, Pasig City" respectively;

WHEREAS, Barangay Dela Paz already conducted the required public hearings and consultations regarding the said ordinances the last of which was held on January 18, 2014 and residents agreed and interposed no objection on the proposed measure;

WHEREAS, both Ordinances 006 and 007, Series of 2014 of Brgy. Dela Paz were forwarded to the Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) for their traffic impact analysis and technical evaluation;

WHEREAS, in their Compliance Report dated March 04, 2014, the Traffic and Parking and Management Office also interposed NO OBJECTION : on the proposed designation of the said streets as no parking streets.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Pasig in session duly assembled that:

Section 1. Title of the Ordinance - This Ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance Further Amending Appendix IV (NO PARKING STREETS)

Section 2. Appendix IV of Ordinance No. 1 Series of 2004 is further amended to read as follows:

Section 3. Effectivity - This Ordinance shall take effect after its publication in a local newspaper of general circulation.
