MALACAÑANG MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35 DATED 9 NOVEMBER 1998 PROVIDING GUIDELINES ON THE DISPOSITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT

Before any transfer of articles/vehicles and other equipment to Malacañang covered by Memorandum Order No. 35, you are hereby directed to secure the approval of this office.

To effectively monitor all said transfer, the Director, Port Operations Service, shall collate and keep the file for the Bureau of Customs.
