AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC USE THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND DENOMINATED AS MARKET ROAD IN STA. ANA, MANILA, SITUATED AT BARANGAY 879M, ZONE 96, DISTRICT VI, RECLASSIYING THE SAME FROM ROAD LOT TO PATRIMONY PROPERTY, PROVIDING FOR ITS USE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. That certain parcel of land denominated as Market Road in Sta. Ana, Manila, situated at Barangay 879, Zone 96, District VI, is hereby withdrawn from public use as a road lot to be reclassified as a partimonial property.

SEC. 2. The subject road lot sought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as part of the market expansion currently under renovation and re-development.

SEC. 3. The City Engineer's Office shall oversee the effective implementation of this Ordinance.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on March 1, 2016.
