DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 JANUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte will mark the celebration of its 454 th Founding Anniversary on 25 January 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people pf the Municipality of Carigara to fully participate in the occasion and to provide for a longer weekend, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 24 January 2025, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 25 January 2025;

WHEREAS, it it but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 24 January 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
