DEFERMENT OF MEMORANDUM DATED 15 DECEMBER 2003 PERTAINING TO THE REVISION/ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. MC 90-120

In accordance with the objective of the LTO-IT PROJECT to minimize documentary requirements to better serve the public, all additional requirements/clearances for the requisition and issuance of Change Classification and Duplicate Plates stated in Memorandum dated 15 December 2003 are hereby suspended.

Further, Memorandum Circular No. MC 90-120 otherwise known as the Guidelines in the Requisition and Issuance of Change Classification and Duplicate plates shall remain in effect.

Previous instructions/orders in conflict herewith are deemed amended/superseded.
