DECLARING MONDAY, 09 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 23 rd Charter Anniversary on 08 October 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Koronadal to to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Vice Mayor requested that 09 October 2023, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in the lieu of 08 October 2023 which falls on a Sunday;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 09 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
