DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE
WHEREAS , Saturday, September 30, 2006, marks the 6th Cityhood Anniversary of the city of Masbate;
WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, September 30, 2006 as special (non-working) day in Masbate City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines, to be affixed.
