DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS , Thursday, February 3, 2005, marks the 55th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 03, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
