DECLARING MONDAY, 30 APRIL 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, the City of Dagupan marks the celebration of the 11th Bangus Festival on April 13 - May 1, 2012;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Dagupan participate in the event, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 30 April 2012 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 30 April 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.
