ATTESTATION OF THE SIGNATURE OF THE PRESIDENT, AND AFFIXING THE GREAT SEAL, ON IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

Under the authority conferred upon me by law, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior to attest my signature on all executive orders, proclamations, and commissions, and affix thereto the great seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.
