SUPPLEMENTAL DIRECTIVE ON CIRCULAR NO. 93-10 DATED 22 MARCH 1993 RELATIVE TO THE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES IN AUTOMATED MAIL HANDLING STARTING MAY 17, 1993

Under Circular No. 93-10 dated 22 March 1993 the town of Valenzuela was inadvertently omitted in the list of areas covered by the Quezon City Geographical Sorting Center (QCGSC). In view hereof, the sorting selection of the QCGSC shall include the town of Valenzuela.

It is further directed that other non-machinable and recorded mail, although not included in machine processing, shall nevertheless be included in the dispatch and transportation of letter class mail.

Please be guided accordingly.
