DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 10, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS , Monday, March 10, 2003, marks the 86th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, March 10, 2003, as a special day in the Province of Bukidnon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
