DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS , on 15 September 2021, Wednesday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the 123rd anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
