DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2023, Wednesday, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 54 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
