DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2023, Tuesday, the Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 31 st Founding Anniversary and the 21st MunaTo Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
