We advise that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 94-00343 dated 31 May 1994, covering the foreign direct investment in Scanocean service, Inc. of Mr. Kjell Sundberg has been reported lost.

Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
