DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat marks its 59 th Foundation Day and the 5 th Hamungaya Festival on Tuesday, 30 August 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
