TESTING OF PETC DIRECT FACILITY

Reference is made to Memorandum Circular No. ACL-2009-1170 pertaining to the testing of the PETC Direct Facility, the operational testing thereof shall continue until the following conditions are met:

Smooth operational performance of the PETC Direct Facility at a capacity of a daily average of 5,000 transactions; or

Issuance of Certificate of Acceptance of an IT Facility.
