DECLARING SATURDAY, 25 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2026, Saturday, the City of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of the Kinabayo Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 25 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
