AN ACT CONVERTING THE SALAY MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALAY, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SALAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa, in session assembled: SECTION 1. The Salay Municipal High School in Salay, Province of Misamis Oriental is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Salay National High School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

SEC. 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
