INTRA refers to mail posted within the region and for delivery anywhere within the region. For example: Mail posted in Manila for delivery in Makati or posted in Manila for delivery in Manila.

INTER refers to mail posted within the region and for delivery outside the region using land transportation such as NCR to CAR, Regions, I, 2, 3, 4 & 5 and vice versa (except Batanes, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro).

INTER + AIR MAIL FEE – rates for mails to be transported by air, such as mail from Luzon to Visayas and Mindanao, Batanes, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan and vice-versa.
