LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CONSTRUCTIVE BUILDERS, INC.

In consideration of the request of Constructive Builders, Incorporated to lift the order of suspension/blacklisting imposed on the firm and its stockholders/officers under Department Order No. 174, Series of 1989, which is found to be meritorious, the suspension/blacklisting order is hereby lifted effective this date.
