INDICATION OF YEAR MODEL OF BRAND NEW MOTOR VEHICLES

It has been observed that some district offices base the year model of brand new motor vehicles from the Sales Invoices of the dealers which often times causes problems between the customers and the financing institutions.

In view thereof and in order to establish uniformity, you are hereby directed to use the year model of brand new motor vehicles indicated in the Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR) issued.
