LISTENING WATCH ON GROUND FREQUENCY BY PILOTS
Effective immediately in the interest of safety, all pilots operating an aircraft in the maneuvering area are required to maintain listening watch on Ground Frequency.
Further, henceforth all requests for clearance for surface movement of aircraft on the maneuvering area shall be on designated Ground Frequency only.
Strict compliance with the above is hereby enjoined.
