REVOCATION OF THE "FLEXIBILITY RULE" ON BUS OPERATIONS

Effective January 01, 1997, all issuances of this Board relative to flexibility in bus operations are hereby revoked, in line with the DOTC Department Order No. 96-967, dated August 28, 1996.

Pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992, three (3) copies of this Memorandum Circular shall be filed with the U.P. Law Center on or before fifteen (15) days prior to its effectivity date.
