DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2020, Wednesday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 December 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
