With the appointment of Mr. V. Madarang Cerilles as Provincial Governor of Zamboanga del Sur and his consequent assumption of office on February 15, 1977, the membership of former Governor Jose L. Tecson in the Inter-Agency Executive Committee of the Philippine-Australian Development Assistance Programme (PADAP) thereby ceases as of the said date. He will be replaced accordingly by the newly appointed Governor whose membership shall retroact to the abovestated date.

This will amend Letter of Instruction No. 461 issued on September 10, 1976.
