AMENDMENT TO MC NO. 652-2005 DATED 10 OCTOBER 2005 RE: STOCK AND SALES REPORTING

In view of the request of the motor vehicle industry particularly the dealers whose branches are geographically closer to a different regional office than the regional office that has jurisdiction over it, Section 3.1 of MC No. 652-2005 is hereby amended, to wit:

3.1 All Sales Reporting shall be done at the nearest LTO Regional Office except those reports of manually processed CSR issued pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 525-2004 dated 07 July 2004 which shall be confirmed by the Office that issued the manual CSR.

All previous orders, memoranda/circulars and regulations in conflict herewith are hereby deemed superseded.
