[ PROCLAMATION NO. 117, December 22, 2022 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 23 January 2023, Monday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the anniversary of the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic which took place at the Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
