AMENDING LETTER-CIRCULAR NO. 1 SERIES OF 1988 TO INCLUDE TEST PROCEDURES/PROTOCOL, CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS, FREE SALE AND BROCHURES AS REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF PREMIXES, ADDITIVES AND SUPPLEMENTS

Letter-Circular No. 1, Series of 1988 is hereby amended such that the following shall be made part of the requirement for registration to read:

2.1. Submit test procedures/protocol of feed additives, premixes and supplement;

2.2. Submit certificates of analysis and certificate of free sale, of feed additives, premixes and supplements being imported duly authenticated by the Philippine consulate of the country of origin; and

2.3. Submit brochures with complete technical information on feed additives, premixes and supplements.
